Use this screen to activate deactivate, select as default, and to rename Priority Flag records.
Description of fields on the screen
Field Label | Description |
---|---|
Active | When checked, this field indicates the Priority Flag in activated. This allows you to exclude Priority Flags you do not want displayed. |
Image | The icons in this field are a visual aid that differentiates each Priority Flag. You cannot edit this field. |
Description | This field is the name of the Priority Flag as represented for each image. You cannot edit this field. |
Priority Name | This is a user defined description of the Priority Flag. |
Default | This field indicates the default Priority Flag displayed in the workfile. |
(up/down arrows) | This option moves the selected Priority Flag in the droplist that displays in the File Priority droplist located in the Contacts tab of the workfile. |
OK | Select this option to save your changes. |
Cancel | Selecting this option closes the screen without saving. |
